We carefully craft each item in the Lovely Home Idea studio, tailoring it specifically for you after your purchase. Handmade, high-quality work takes a little extra time, and we truly appreciate your patience. Current production times before shipping are approximately:
- Fabric cutting: 2–3 days
- Pillow covers: 5–7 days
- Table linens: 5–7 days
- Bedding: 5–7 days
- Clothing: 5–7 days
- Curtains: 5–9 days
Please note that if your order requires customization or custom sizing, the production time may take a bit longer. This will be agreed upon individually based on your specific requirements. We will keep you informed and ensure timely delivery.

All parcels are traceable, and we’ll provide a tracking number once your order is dispatched.
All items are shipped from the Lovely Home Idea studio, based in Vilnius, Lithuania – a member state of the European Union.
Please note that delivery times may be longer if you are located in a remote area or in the event of postal or courier service delays. During the Christmas season, shipping often takes longer than usual. Once dispatched, the delivery timeline is managed by the carrier and is beyond our control.

Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders over €100 in the European Union and over $100 to the United States.
All orders are shipped to the address provided during checkout. Please ensure that the address is complete and correct.
Kindly provide a physical address for delivery, as we do not ship to PO boxes.

Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 14 hours of placing it.
Once your items have been shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
Returns
We truly hope you enjoy the linens as much as we enjoy making them for you!
If you're not fully satisfied, you can return your purchase within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, with original labels intact, carefully folded, and safely packed.
Please note that return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.
Certain items, such as fabric samples, cut fabric, personalized or customized items, and custom orders, cannot be returned. For more details, please refer to the Non-Returnable Items policy.

- Send the item back within 14 days of receiving it and provide us with the parcel tracking number.
- Once the item is returned to our address, we will process the refund to your original payment method for the item price.
Please note that the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, which will not be reimbursed.
We do not accept returns for items showing signs of use and are not responsible for damaged or lost return parcels. We recommend sending returns via a tracked delivery service. If the returned item is not in its original condition, the buyer is liable for any loss in value.
Unless delivered damaged or defective, we do not accept returns on the following items:
- Gift Cards
- Cut Fabric
- Fabric Samples
- Customized Items – includes any changes to size, style, or details based on your request.
- Custom Orders – specifically tailored for you and cannot be resold or reused.
- Color-Block Curtains – personalized with custom-selected colors, making each piece unique.
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like to change your order, the fastest way is to return the item (if eligible for return) and place a new order.
If you need adjustments made to your order, please feel free to contact us. We will be happy to assist you with any changes. Please note that adjustments will be subject to additional costs, including shipping.
Please carefully inspect your order upon arrival. If you find that the item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us immediately. We’ll assess the situation and work with you to resolve the issue.
Refunds are issued within 14 days after we receive and inspect your returned item.
Please note that return shipping costs are non-refundable and remain the customer’s responsibility.
Returns must be sent via a tracked delivery service. We cannot take responsibility for lost or damaged return parcels.
Shipping costs are not refunded for uncollected items.
We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected, and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
Custom orders
Colors can appear differently on screens due to display settings. To ensure the perfect match, we recommend ordering fabric samples. This allows you to see the fabric’s true color, texture, and thickness in your own space. Lighting and surrounding colors can influence how fabric appears, so having samples on hand helps you make an informed decision and achieve the look you want.
We make custom size window curtains - whether you need curtain panels for small windows, drapes for large windows, or extra-long curtains. Let’s make it perfect!

No, we do not accept returns on customized items. However, please feel free to contact us if you need any assistance or have any questions.
linen care
- Unlined curtains - dry clean recommended. Possible delicate wash with similar colors. No bleach. Hang to dry or tumble dry low. Iron damp or steam in place. Expect approximately 5% shrinkage after the first wash. We recommend adding extra length when ordering.
