ORDER PROCESSING & MANUFACTURING TIME

We carefully craft each item in the Lovely Home Idea studio, tailoring it specifically for you after your purchase. Handmade, high-quality work takes a little extra time, and we truly appreciate your patience. Current production times before shipping are approximately:

Fabric cutting: 2–3 days
Pillow covers: 5–7 days
Table linens: 5–7 days
Bedding: 5–7 days
Clothing: 5–7 days
Curtains: 5–9 days

Please note that if your order requires customization or custom sizing, production may take a bit longer and will be agreed upon individually based on your requirements. During major holidays, processing may take a little longer. We will keep you informed and ensure timely delivery.

All parcels are traceable, and we’ll provide a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

All items are shipped from the Lovely Home Idea studio, based in Vilnius, Lithuania – a member state of the European Union.

Please note that delivery times may be longer if you are located in a remote area or in the event of postal or courier service delays. During the Christmas season, shipping often takes longer than usual. Once dispatched, the delivery timeline is managed by the carrier and is beyond our control.

TARIFFS, DUTIES & TAXES

Customs duties and import tariffs may apply once your order reaches its destination country.

United States: We cover all tariffs and duties. Local taxes (such as state or sales tax) may still apply.
European Union: No additional duties apply to orders within the EU.

DELIVERY ADDRESS

All orders are shipped to the address provided during checkout. Please ensure that the address is complete and correct.

Kindly provide a physical address for delivery, as we do not ship to PO boxes.
