Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, with original labels intact, carefully folded, and safely packed. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Send the item back within 14 days of receiving it and provide us with the parcel tracking number. Once the item is returned to our address, we will process the refund to your original payment method for the item price.
We do not accept returns for items showing signs of use and are not responsible for damaged or lost return parcels. We recommend sending returns via a tracked delivery service. If the returned item is not in its original condition, the buyer is liable for any loss in value.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unless delivered damaged or defective, we do not accept returns on the following items:
- Gift Cards
- Cut Fabric
- Fabric Samples
- Customized Items – includes any changes to size, style, or details based on your request.
- Custom Orders – specifically tailored for you and cannot be resold or reused.
- Two-tone Curtains – personalized with custom-selected colors, making each piece unique.

Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 14 hours of placing it.
Once your items have been shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (must be eligible for return), and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
If you need adjustments made to your order, please feel free to contact us. We will be happy to assist you with any changes. Please note that adjustments will be subject to additional costs, including shipping.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. The 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to non-returnable, customized, or personalized items.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Please note that return shipping costs are non-refundable and remain the customer’s responsibility. Returns must be sent via a tracked delivery service. We cannot take responsibility for lost or damaged return parcels.
Shipping costs are not refunded for uncollected items. All orders are shipped to the address provided during checkout. Please ensure that the address is complete and correct. Kindly provide a physical address for delivery, as we do not ship to PO boxes.
